PREPARING YOUR PROPERTY FOR TENANTS (INTERIOR)

  1. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors
  2. Carpet, vinyl, & handrails
  3. Windows:  coverings, locks, condition & safety
  4. Electrical:  wiring, outlet cover plates & sufficient outlets/power
  5. Special attention needs to be paid to the kitchen and bathroom

 

MAINTAINING AND REPAIRING YOUR PROPERTY

  1. Emergency maintenance
  2. Routine and preventive maintenance
  3. Routine check of smoke and carbon monoxide detectors
  4. Safety inspections for furnaces and fireplaces
  5. Trash accumulation, inoperable vehicles or other exterior negative items
  6. Yearly property maintenance surveys
